Oliver was recruited only recently as a Junior Design Consultant and Arbitrary Advisor. However rapid development of the the now ubiquitous Gotham Class Frigate has lead to further contracts. IMT fighter, ground unit and lesser fleet unit designs were quickly delivered, signed and approved - in typically sub-standard haste? Critics mutter "too much too soon" and await his demise.

His ambitions acknowledge no boundaries. His newly aggrandised Design Bureau - run on strict, strict principles and built on the lucrative profits of these former projects - teeters on the verge of spiralling out of control. In a reportedly underhand gambit he recently undermined one member of the IMT Board in winning the Great Western Design contract.

There are rumours - as yet unconfirmed - that a private deal may have been signed with the IMT Pesident to launch a new venture - offering substantial discounts on IMT ship parts designs in exchange for "undefined leverage" information ...
