This vessel has one function which is to generate metals for sale.

The Scalar Wave Amp increases HD Stress in a planet which generates more metals to be mined.

As a target it is quite fragile and needs protection in hazardous areas. This mining rig makes no concessions to noise pollution, being clearly detectable from hundreds of light years away.

Scanning range is very poor.

It's main advantage is that it is quite cheap and easy to build.
