Statement

IMT seek to maximise renumeration of a key stakeholder groups of executives, large shareholders, lackey securities analysts and allied investment banking concerns.

In rightful furtherance of maximisation of share option holder value IMT does not recognise positive consideration of any other parties interests or values. Indeed the interests of other parties, including but not limited to planetary governments and environmentalists, will be negotiated down to a minimum by aggressive bargaining.

In addition IMT considers that all or part of its risks are underwritten jointly and severally by any customer, partner, supplier or governmental agency with whom we have any contract, tort, understanding, agreement or dispute.

In case of dispute the governing commerical law shall be that administered by the Court of Interworld Equity, Boniface, Vega in the Yale Cluster.
